SPAD23 is a photon-counting array with 23 hexagonally packed single-photon avalanche diodes (SPADs) with best-in-class performance. The system software enables photon counting and time tagging and can be accessed through TCP/IP for easy integration into LabVIEW, MATLAB or Python.

SPAD512S

SPAD512S is a photon-counting camera for high speed imaging. The core of the camera is a SPAD image sensor with 512x512 pixels. It features a global shutter with picosecond precision and nanosecond exposures. The system software enables 1-bit, 4-bit and 8-bit (gated) imaging and phasor FLIM processing. It can be accessed through TCP/IP for easy integration into LabVIEW, MATLAB or Python.

SPAD23 and SPAD512S are based on proprietary SPAD chips. The pixel is optimized for high sensitivity and low noise. It enables a peak photon detection probability of more than 50%, a typical dark count rate of less than 100 cps. The modular technology enables our detector arrays to expand in pixel number and change architectures.
